My review. . . Take it for what it is. . . my. (Can I give you my story so you can understand why I bought this computer. If you do not care, stop reading this review).
For me, Mac has always seemed it would take an act of faith. Having had the interaction with the Mac very little and even less knowledge about them, I was being a Windows guy for life. However, I recently discovered that they are traveling on a ship that went all the time (I'm in the Navy). I need my children to read books for me and they need to see my children, I intend to leave my laptop with my current wife, and get a new one for me (who does not care of the mail). In this way we could make DVDs and send them to another for our children and me. I went to a store looking to spend too much and was attracted by Entertainment Notebook HP. However. . . Then I said on iLife and how I should be able to use iMovie to make my film, iChat to chat with my family in webcam, iPhoto to import and restore the pictures and other things. WoW! My previous experience with Windows programs of this type is that it is better to buy these types of software and use the one that was inserted by computer. However, the type of sale that was not part of the Committee, swore by them. Moreover, the Mac does not need an anti-virus software to get started! I was sold when he told me that the difference in index of customer satisfaction when comparing Macs and other computer makers.

Exterior:
This computer is low. Its compact design, it really feels solid and stylish. There is an apple on the back light that illuminates the LCD display, quite nice. Also, the keys are just the right punch for those of us who know how to write. F-keys also double the level of screen brightness, Exposé functionality (which is amazing) and stop going movie, theft, etc. There is an eject button next to the F12 which works well with this type of guide.
Inside: iLife is a great program. All commands that comes with it will ensure that, unless you need something very, very professional, do not you buy software. Home videos are awesome with this thing. I can not really compare to the Leopard operating systems. . . This is my first Mac. . but I can tell you that kicks butt Vista. An example: I wanted to connect my printer, which was used only on Windows PCs before, and I plugged it in That's it. I connected and it worked. No drivers, no software, nothing. As soon as I plugged it and click to make it my default printer is printing. Holy Cow! That's What I've been missing! Since I started using my Mac, I had ZERO try to solve the problem "of pop-ups, ZERO" This program has stopped working ", ZERO freezes, ZERO compatibility problems with current hardware (external drive music and wireless network) and zero defects found.
Now the disadvantages:
1) 120 GB hard drive. . . Yes, it's easy to link the time machine "or to keep all your photos or video on an external hard drive, but for a company that has a 120 GB mp3 player that is little more than $ [. . . ]. . . Come on!
2) The mouse pad does not allow you to double-click actions for execution. You must press the button. As a user of Windows, which took some getting used to life. However. . . You can scroll up and down easily using two fingers. I know what I'll call a draw:)
3) No slot for multimedia cards, media, etc. Apple! What are you doing?!?! Its a simple matter to install and make it much easier for me because I do not have to always remember where the USB cable that plugs my camera to my computer stupid. I'd really better take the card and insert it.
This is all my Cons.
Again. . . I LOVE THIS MAC. The 2 GB of RAM that works well as on a Windows PC with 4 GB or more. Because the operating system was designed better and the process is not detected swamp. The processor is fast enough so it seems faster than my wifes 2. 4 GHz (of course, that is linked with other aspects of the computer). The colors are excellent, and the system is great. You will have the "Mac learning curve" I was told. . . It takes about 4-5 hours to get used to really know and 10-15, but his sentence. Also, Apple put the video on each function so that when it opens, he explains how to use it.
I took the leap of faith, and now I am a believer. Both windows! Never again! Always using this MacBook and still love it. I have taken very well with what he has to offer and I are always amazed at how easy it is for use only for PCs running Windows. This is my first Mac laptop – and I like it. I spent some 'thinking time, the decision to buy the MacBook and I feel I made the right for my needs.
This White 2. 0 MacBook is an excellent combination of price and features you can expect performance similar to the UNI-aluminum body 2. 0 MacBook, but less than $ 100s. Also, the MacBook also comes with FireWire interface and uses less RAM DDR2. Only a significant trade off I see is to miss the uber-cool-UNIS design of the bodywork. As for comfort, I have not seen the accumulation of heat or fan noise is excessive. Keep in mind that I no longer taxed. The overall build quality seems fine.
Over the years, I often bought from Apple Refurb Store, but I'm very pleased with this purchase and feel that I have received an excellent report.

After several weeks of use on a daily basis, I continue to be impressed by this product and how OS X has advanced (and even a heavy XP / Vista laptop users in my life). All this happens just so well together and the performance of the MacBook continues to amaze me. I banged hard on the application of facial recognition to our 12.000 + room iPhoto library and it works fine. Apple has done a ground in recent years by year.

My first Apple was a way for Apple II Plus in 1980. Five cents for every $ 5. 25 players still haunt me. Then came 1985 and I went to Microsoft and sold my check box from Apple. Being retired and semi-poor, I researched and went with this new MacBook White 2. 0. First, it is sufficient to upgrade the hard drive and memory, but that is easy and convenient. Momentus 320/7200 and some Crucial memory is the way to go, and the cost is only $ 130. Use SuperDuper to clone the disk is dead easy.
The MacWhite is kinda ugly, no doubt. Even my wife who is very practical, no user of the computer and absurdities no matter what that looks like a computer until it works, said it was an ugly little thing ', yes? And yes, even for the Bucks, you can get a laptop seems faster with larger screen. However, for a larger screen, I use my MacMini on a 19inch LCD Old Nice. Laptops are towers, traveling for packing around, and for everyday use. If you can only afford one and you want both, then by all means spend a few big and get the big screen at 17 inches.
In general I like this: OS is a dream to use, better ergonomics, better than most of the software and no time lost in the trash all you have to do to keep XP / Vista safe and functioning smoothly. Could this descent Unix? I think so. Weight and size are great for my needs. It is portable and connects quickly to national networks and abroad. I like the FireWire cable that you are limited, and the SuperDrive added. I like the keyboard and the ease of cleaning of the case.
