How To Connect A Printer To A Netbook Or The Other Way Around?

Ich a netbook have (one aspire) and I cannot set the printer. Usually I insert the disk that came with the printer into the floppy drive and upload, but the netbook have no drive. Who can help me please… I need a printer for school.
